12 monthly pages: One full calendar month per page. 2 months per page: Six pages for the year with two months side by side. Quarterly: Four pages for the year with three months on each page. Half-year: Two pages for the year with six months on each page. Year overview: All 12 months on one compact page.
Choose up to 3 modules. Use Content position when you want them on the right or below the calendar. Show the previous and next month beside the main month title instead of using planner space. Notes and adjacent-month dates apply to one-month pages. Multi-month and year-overview layouts keep the page compact.
How the builder works
1. Calendar period
Pick Full year for January through December, or Single month when the document should contain only one selected month.
2. Document layout
12 monthly pages: One full calendar month per page. 2 months per page: Six pages for the year with two months side by side. Quarterly: Four pages for the year with three months on each page. Half-year: Two pages for the year with six months on each page. Year overview: All 12 months on one compact page.
3. Page & writing
Choose up to 3 modules. Use Content position when you want them on the right or below the calendar. Show the previous and next month beside the main month title instead of using planner space. Planner columns place months across the page with dates running downward for project, rotation and deadline planning.
4. Week & display
Choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week, then optionally show week numbers, shade weekends or show adjacent-month dates.

Download one .xlsx file and open it in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, WPS or another spreadsheet app. Google Sheets uses the same downloaded file; there is no separate Sheets export.
