Use Overview or any of the 12 month tabs to inspect the workbook. In Full year mode these controls only change the preview; the download still contains the full selected year.
Keep range, workbook structure and calendar settings separate
The file range decides which dates are included. Workbook structure decides whether a full year is split into 12 month tabs or shown as one year overview. Notes, paper, orientation and display options are independent settings rather than separate workbook types.
For a full-year workbook, use the month jump control or the 12 sheet tabs to inspect any month without changing the download range. In Single month mode, changing the month changes both the preview and the downloaded worksheet.
How the builder works
1. Choose the date range
Pick Full year for January through December, or Single month when the file should contain only one selected month.
2. Choose the workbook structure
A full year can use an Overview plus 12 month worksheets, or a one-sheet Year overview. A single month uses one worksheet.
3. Set page and notes
Choose A4 or Letter, landscape or portrait, then add no notes, bottom notes or a notes area on the right.
4. Set week and display options
Choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week, then optionally show week numbers, shade weekends or show adjacent-month dates.
Preview any month without changing the download contents
In Full year mode, the month jump controls and all 12 month tabs only change the on-page preview. The downloaded workbook still contains the complete selected year.
Standard .xlsx file
Download one .xlsx file and open it in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, WPS or another spreadsheet app. Google Sheets uses the same downloaded file; there is no separate Sheets export.
