Should I use L or XL?
Choose XL when maximum writing space is the priority. Choose L for a more compact month or when you want an additional notes area.
Is landscape or portrait better?
Landscape gives each day more horizontal room and is the XL default. Portrait works better when you want notes below the calendar.
Why are Bottom notes unavailable in landscape XL?
A bottom notes block would shrink every XL day box too much. Use Right notes in landscape, or switch to portrait for Bottom notes.
Can I hide dates from the previous and next month?
Yes. They are hidden by default to keep the writing grid clean, and you can show them again under Display.
