A4 Calendar

Create an A4 calendar for monthly or yearly printing. A4 is common in many countries and works well for office, school and home calendars.

Open the calendar with A4 already selected.

Use A4 for a monthly calendar, yearly calendar or calendar with notes.

Portrait is compact; landscape gives wider date boxes.

A4 calendars can be saved as PDF from the print dialog.

Use the calendar controls to adjust the page before printing or saving it as a PDF.

Add your own title, such as Family Calendar, Work Schedule, Study Plan, or Monthly Planner.

Choose a simple layout for clean printing, a large-box layout for more writing space, or a lined layout for handwritten notes.

Show or hide weekend emphasis, and decide whether dates from the previous and next month appear in the grid.

Turn week numbers on when you need weekly planning for work, school, projects, or ISO-style schedules.

Select A3, A4, Letter, or A5 paper, choose portrait or landscape, and add a bottom notes area when you need extra writing space.

Start the week on Sunday or Monday to match your local habit, school calendar, or workplace calendar.
