Use PDF when the layout should stay fixed
PDF is the fixed-layout option for printing, sharing and archiving. The date range decides which dates are included, while PDF layout decides whether a full year uses 12 monthly pages or one compact year overview.
Paper, orientation, notes and week display are applied before the print dialog opens. The browser then creates the PDF from the same clean print-ready pages shown by this builder.
How to save the PDF
1. Choose the date range
Use Full year for January through December, or Single month when you need one selected month.
2. Choose the PDF layout
A full year can use 12 monthly pages or one compact Year overview. A single month uses one page.
3. Set page and notes
Choose A4 or Letter, landscape or portrait, then select no notes, bottom notes or right-side notes for monthly pages.
4. Set week and display options
Choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week, then control week numbers, weekend shading and adjacent-month dates.
5. Click Save as PDF
The browser print dialog opens with only the calendar pages. Choose Save as PDF or Save to PDF instead of a physical printer.
Fixed-layout output
PDF keeps the selected page layout for printing, sharing and archiving. Use Word or Excel instead when you need to edit the file contents later.
